This policy sets out how sylexhub ("we") collects, handles and secures your personal data on our website and platform. Our role is data controller for this information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and the like plus verification files mandated by law. Additionally stored: transaction and trade logs, device data and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: performing the contract, complying with law, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, settling trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and securing systems, and opt-in product emails with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operating vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for the account life plus statutory periods (often five to seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access limits.
Your choices. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection rights may be used by emailing [email protected]. Responses follow statutory timelines.
